1. Unbox Your POS Hardware (Optional)

• If you purchased a hardware package, you will receive a tablet, receipt printer, and barcode scanner.
• Remove the items from the box.
• Connect each device to a power source.
• Ensure all devices are turned on.

2. Power On and Connect Your Device

1. Add Items to the Cart

• Go to the POS section.

Add products in any of the following ways:

• Click product photo directly on the dashboard.
• Scan the barcode using a barcode scanner.
• Search by product name or barcode number.

The selected items will automatically appear in the customer's cart.

2. Apply Discounts or Promos (Optional)

• Tap the Discount/Promo option.

Choose from:

• Fixed amount discount
• Percentage discount
• Senior Citizen or PWD discount (auto-applied if selected)
• Confirm the discount before proceeding to checkout.

3. Proceed to Checkout

• Tap Checkout to move to the payment screen.

At checkout, you may:

• Enter a new customer's details to save them in the system.
• Leave the field blank for walk-in customers.

4. Select a Payment Method

MoneyCache POS supports multiple payment options:

• Add a service charge (for restaurants).

5. Finalize the Sale

• Choose Print Receipt if connected to a receipt printer.

1. Add a New Product

• On the POS Dashboard, go to Products

• Click Add New Product.

Enter the required details:

• Product Name
• Product Code
• Supplier Price
• Retail Price
• Description
• Opening Stock Quantity
• Category (e.g., Grocery, Beverage, Pharmacy, etc.)

Optional:

• Scan the barcode if the product has one.
• Generate a barcode automatically if no barcode exists.

• Click Submit to add it to your catalog.

2. Manage Stock Movements (Stock-In / Stock-Out)

Stock-In (Restocking):

• Go to Inventory

• Select the product and enter the quantity received.

• Click Confirm. Your stock levels will update instantly.

Stock-Out (Adjustments or Reports):

• Go to Back Office (https://money-cache.com/login)
• Click Products then Branch List

• Choose the product that you want to stock-out/pull-out
• Click Actions then Pull-out

• Enter the quantity to be removed.

• Click Pull out. This is useful for damaged items, supplier returns, or tracking samples.

• Choose the product and click the Action Button.
