- Onsite POS Setup – Visiting client locations to perform actual installation and configuration of the POS system.
- Product Demonstrations – Showcasing the features of the POS in real-time to help business owners and staff fully understand its benefits.
- Training & Empowerment – Conducting personalized training sessions for staff and business owners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- After-Sales Support – Providing responsive, reliable assistance whenever clients need help, ensuring long-term satisfaction.

Sales Representative
Vanessa is responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting and selling Money Cache's point-of-sale system. Her primary role is to build and maintain positive customer relationships while achieving sales targets and collaborating with Berna to ensure excellent customer service, creating a positive experience for customers.

Joana Bolos
Social Media Marketing Manager
Joana is in charge of social media content and marketing. She analyzes engagement data, identifies trends for customer interactions, runs paid advertisements, and plans the content strategy for upcoming events and product features of MoneyCache over the Facebook platform.

Junisto Egagamao
Cameraman & Video Editor
Junisto is responsible for operating a variety of technical equipment to produce high quality video clips of MoneyCache. He's also responsible for creating promotional video of client business and testimonial video for MoneyCache.

Christine Lagua
Graphic Designer
Passionate about design being used effectively in marketing and communicating with customers, Christine is responsible for how MoneyCache's branding is being used in different media. From brochures to social media postings, she has helped MoneyCache convey the brand's personality and what they are about through aesthetic designs.

Billing Officer & HR Administrator
MJ is an essential part of the team, wearing two important hats: Billing Officer and HR Administrator. Her responsibilities cover a wide range of support functions:
- Billing & Transactions – Making sure invoices, receipts, and collections are handled accurately and on time.
- HR Administration – Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and monitoring of staff activities and performance.
- Team Performance Monitoring – Keeping track of sales activities and generating reports to help management make informed decisions.

Client Engagement & Product Demo Specialist
Marisol plays a key role in ensuring that clients receive timely support and guidance to make informed business decisions. With an active and approachable style, she takes charge of follow-ups, online store management, and product demonstrations—all designed to help businesses experience the full value of MoneyCache POS. Key Responsibilities:
