MULTI-PRICING

EXPENSE MANAGEMENT

The Expense Management feature creates and records your business expenses by day, then tallies them for a weekly or monthly report. It allows you to track your expenses based on the time period you’ve specified, so you can toggle between daily, weekly, or monthly reports and track your expenses easily.
CREDIT SALES
If you’re a business that accepts payment on credit, the Credit Sales feature is perfect for you. This feature allows you to create transaction records for credit purchases (unpaid or half-paid); which you can then mark as completed once they’re paid in full.
GOING STORAGE/IN TRANSIT
Do you have new items coming in? Has your supplier just notified you that they’re en route to your business? The Going Storage/In Transit feature lets you include in-transit items into your inventory. You can specify if items are “Going Storage” (en route to your shop) or “In Transit” (purchased orders waiting to be shipped or transported).
IMPORT PRODUCTS
Do you have all of your product details encoded on an excel sheet? Don’t want to manually input each cell into MoneyCache POS? No problem! The Import Products feature lets you upload entire excel sheets of product details with just a few taps!
BRANCH TRANSFERS
Sometimes you have to reallocate inventory between your store branches. The Branch Transfers feature provides a seamless way for you to transfer stock records from one branch to another – just remember to physically transfer the items too!
MASS STOCKS UPDATE
Say you put in an order of 100 additional items per product on your shop, and you have quite a lot of products. You can quickly update them (all, or selected products) with the Mass Stocks Update feature! Just select the products you want to update, enter the number of items to be added, and tap update!
MASS UPDATE CATEGORIES
Need to move products from one category to another? Need to move them to an entirely new category altogether? With the Mass Update Categories feature, you can do this quickly with a few taps!
